Location: Chattanooga, TN
Shift: Day Shift (MondayFriday) Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview
We are seeking professional Armed Security Officers for a structured daytime environment with high public interaction. This role requires a strong presence, sound judgment, and the ability to respond decisively in emergency situations while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
This position includes access control, visible patrol, traffic assistance during peak hours, and the ability to respond to critical incidents if they arise.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Must be Armed
Current Armed Security License
Active Shooter Training (required)
Dallas Law Certification (required)
Valid Driver's License
Clean Driving Record
Ability to operate a company-issued vehicle
Vehicle & firearm qualifications must be completed prior to hire
Background check and drug screening required
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a visible and professional security presence
Monitor access points and surrounding areas
Assist with vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow during arrival and dismissal periods
Conduct routine patrols and safety checks
Respond appropriately to emergencies and critical incidents
Communicate clearly with supervisors and site leadership
Operate company vehicles in accordance with policy and training
