Project Executive – Hospitality Construction | Phoenix, AZ | High-Profile Projects
I’m currently partnering with a leading, nationally recognized General Contractor to appoint a Project Executive to lead major hospitality construction projects in Phoenix.
This is a senior leadership position, responsible for driving the successful delivery of large-scale hospitality builds (typically $50M–$200M+), while also playing a key role in client relationships, team leadership, and future business growth.
The Opportunity:
Lead complex hospitality projects or multiple concurrent builds from preconstruction through closeout
Act as the senior point of contact for clients and Owner’s Representatives
Take full ownership of project performance, financials, and delivery strategy
Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to drive execution
Play a key role in developing and mentoring the next generation of leadership
Contribute to go
o-go decisions and broader business strategy
Support growth by identifying and converting new hospitality opportunities
What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing budgets, GMP/Cost Plus structures, and subcontractor buyout
Driving scheduling, procurement, and overall project planning (including MEP)
Managing financial reporting, cost controls, and project profitability
Leading change management and client communication with commercial awareness
Ensuring compliance across contracts, insurance, and operational processes
Maintaining strong relationships with architects, consultants, and industry partners
Supporting long-term revenue growth through repeat business and new client development
What They’re Looking For:
10+ years of senior-level construction experience
Strong background delivering large-scale hospitality projects ($50M–$200M+)
Casino / gaming project experience is a plus
Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex builds
Strong commercial acumen across budgeting, contracts, and delivery
Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-profile project environments
