We are seeking a hands‑on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations within a fast‑paced pick, pack, and ship distribution environment.
This role is responsible for managing all inbound and outbound warehouse activities, inventory accuracy, and shipping operations while leading a team of up to 10 warehouse associates.
The Warehouse Manager will drive operational efficiency through strong leadership, implementation of KPIs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and continuous process improvement.
The role requires experience with WMS systems, parcel shipping (UPS/FedEx), LTL/3PL coordination, inventory management, and returns/repairs processing.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations

Oversee all day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.

Manage inbound product receiving, inspection, and put‑away processes to maintain organized inventory locations.

Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment in a pick‑and‑pack environment.

Supervise parcel shipments via UPS, FedEx, and other carriers, ensuring proper labeling, packaging, and shipment tracking.

Coordinate LTL freight shipments and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners for larger outbound orders.

Oversee the returns and repairs process, including product inspection, reconditioning, and inventory disposition.

Inventory & Systems

Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and WMS reporting.

Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory movement, order fulfillment, and reporting.

Analyze operational data to identify inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve picking efficiency and inventory accessibility.

Lead, train, and develop a team of up to 10 warehouse employees in a collaborative, high‑performance environment.

Schedule labor and assign daily responsibilities to meet operational demands.

Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Provide coaching and performance management to ensure employees meet productivity and quality standards.

Process Improvement & Metrics

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse processes.

Establish and track key operational KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, inventory accuracy, and shipping performance.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and control costs.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

5+ years of warehouse operations experience, including leadership responsibility.

Experience managing pick, pack, and ship fulfillment operations.

Hands‑on experience with WMS systems and inventory control processes.

Strong knowledge of UPS, FedEx, parcel shipping systems, and LTL freight coordination.

Experience managing returns, reverse logistics, and product repairs processes is preferred.

Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational performance using KPIs and SOP‑driven processes.

Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
