Warehouse and Logistics Manager

huupe is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics & Warehouse Specialist to support our growing operations. This role is a hybrid position, requiring both on-site warehouse presence in Ontario, CA and remote work depending on operational needs.
You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient movement of inventory, while supporting logistics coordination across our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
Ensure accuracy of all inbound and outbound shipments
Coordinate and manage LTL (Less‑Than‑Truckload) and parcel shipments
Work closely with carriers, 3PL partners, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
Perform regular inventory checks, cycle counts, and reconciliation
Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, damages, and mispacks
Maintain organized warehouse layout and ensure proper handling of goods
Support returns (RMA) processing and rework coordination
Assist in improving logistics workflows and cost efficiencies
Maintain accurate records in internal systems and shipping platforms
Qualifications
2–5+ years experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain
Strong experience with LTL shipping and freight coordination
Proven track record of ensuring high accuracy in shipments and inventory
Familiarity with shipping systems (e.g., UPS, FedEx, freight brokers, TMS/WMS)
Ability to work both independently and cross‑functionally
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (warehouse + remote)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with consumer hardware or e‑commerce products
Knowledge of international shipping and import/export processes
Experience with inventory management systems
