All Tex Personnel is urgently hiring an experienced Excavator Operator for a construction site in the San Antonio and 281 corridors. This role involves operating heavy machinery to dig trenches and prepare sites for underground piping systems.
Responsibilities
Operate excavators and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently
Dig trenches to specified depths and slopes for pipe installation
Load and move earth, gravel, and other materials
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment
Follow site plans, blueprints, and supervisor instructions
Maintain safety standards and report any hazards or equipment issues
Requirements
Proven experience operating excavators (minimum 1 year preferred)
Familiarity with trenching and underground utility work
Ability to read and follow site plans
Strong understanding of safety procedures
Reliable transportation to job sites
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Schedule & Work Conditions
Schedule:
Monday -Sunday, 7:30 AM to finish
Hours:
48-50 hours per week (must be open to overtime)
PPE Required:
Safety vest, hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots
