Responsibilities:
Support executives with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination across multiple stakeholders
Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials; track follow-ups and action items
Coordinate domestic travel, itineraries, and last-minute changes
Manage logistics for meetings, including catering, hospitality, and room setup
Assist with company events, offsites, and client meetings
Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
Provide occasional personal and ad hoc support for executives
Assist with special projects, office coordination, and administrative initiatives
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a senior administrative or executive support role
Experience supporting senior leaders or multiple priorities preferred
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, discreet, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

Compensation:
$80,000-90,000 annually
