Position Overview
Seeking a reliable Bridge Shop Helper to assist with daily fabrication and shop operations. This role supports welders, fabricators, and shop technicians with material handling, prep work, and general shop tasks.
Responsibilities
Assist with material handling and staging
Support welders and fabricators with prep work
Grinding, cutting, and cleaning steel components
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and shop guidelines
Requirements
Bilingual preferred
Must be clean-shaven (respirator requirement)
Must be able to lift, stand, and work in a fabrication environment
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
PPE Required
Steel-toe boots
Respirator (must be respirator-fit ready)
