What You'll Do
Process and post vehicle deals accurately
Calculate commissions and maintain deal documentation
Coordinate bank funding and payoff processing
Maintain accounting schedules and inventory records
Process trades, wholesale deals, and reports
Support the accounting office with general administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office required)
Dealership software experience (DealerTrack/Arkona) is a plus
Notary certification is a plus
Experience in dealership accounting or contracts preferred (training available for the right candidate)
High School Diploma or GED required
