Program Manager- Cyber
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager- Cyber to join our team in the Chantilly, VA area. The role of the Program Manager- Cyber is to direct, manage, and administer the accomplishment of all aspects of the SOW to ensure completion of all program activities within.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
Experience with cyber defense.
10+ years of experience.
At least 5 years of recent and relevant experience as a Program Manager for a large (>150 FTE), complex IT program within the intelligence community.
Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to engage with customers at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degrees and certifications are desired. Examples of certifications are: Active Project Management Institute Project Management Project Professional certification architectures and operations.
Experience within the NRO and mission partners.
Experience with cyber defense.
Experience supporting business development and growth initiatives.
Security Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 25% of the time.
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
Must be able to travel.
