Job Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Guest Check-in Staff to join our team and provide outstanding service to our guests. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in experience for all visitors at our establishment. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for greeting them with a warm smile, processing their reservations efficiently, and addressing any inquiries they may have about their stay.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and provide assistance as needed.
Process check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
Manage reservations and ensure the accuracy of guest information in the system.
Address guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
Resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using computer systems and software related to reservations and check-in processes.
Ability to handle cash and perform basic financial transactions accurately.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
