Hours- Monday-Friday 8-4:30p Pay- $18-$23 (rate offered will be commensurate with experience) At Fives we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose. Your role will be to:
Serve as the primary customer contact by handling order entry, quote requests, shipment coordination, and order expediting to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Deliver professional, timely support to customers and visitors by managing incoming calls, walk-ins, and communication with internal teams.
Prepare accurate quotes and oversee the full order lifecycle, ensuring correct pricing, product details, quantities, and shipping requirements.
Utilize SAP to process customer and distributor orders accurately while maintaining strong relationships with distributors, customers, and cross-functional internal partners.

Since we are located off I-90 and Auburn Road, it will be an easy commute. If this is you, come join us, too! We are seeking someone with a minimum of a High School diploma, 2-4 years of customer service experience, manufacturing industry experience a plus. Experience with Microsoft Suite products.
