Regional Sales Executive
This is a true hunter sales role focused exclusively on net-new business development. The Regional Sales Executive will own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through close, across a multi-state territory anchored around a major metro hub. This role is ideal for a self-directed, high-performing salesperson who thrives in a performance-driven environment and has experience selling complex, recurring service contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Drive 100% net-new revenue within the assigned region
Own the full sales process: prospecting ? discovery ? close ? handoff
Build pipeline through outbound activity (no SDR or inbound lead reliance)
Conduct both in-person and virtual meetings with decision-makers
Sell large, recurring service agreements
Territory
Candidates must live within ~1 hour of one of the following hubs:
Philadelphia / DMV (DCBaltimoreVirginia corridor)
Compensation
Base: $110K$120K
Commission: 3% uncapped
OTE: ~$220K+
Bonuses, spiffs, President's Club
Travel expenses reimbursed
