Join a Growing Medical Supply Warehouse Team! We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Receiving & Put-Away Associate to join a small, fast-paced medical supply warehouse. This role is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy, product organization, and efficient warehouse flow.
What You'll Do:
Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders
Inspect products for damage, expiration dates, lot numbers, and accuracy
Label, scan, and properly identify incoming inventory
Put away products into designated warehouse locations
Maintain organized inventory and accurate location control
Rotate stock using FIFO / FEFO procedures when needed
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
Keep receiving and storage areas clean, safe, and organized
Report damaged goods, shortages, or inventory issues to management
Assist with order pulling, staging, and general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements What We're Looking For:
Previous warehouse, receiving, shipping, or inventory experience preferred
Experience using barcode scanners or inventory systems is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to lift boxes and move equipment safely
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Team player with a positive attitude
