Job Description
Duties
You will provide comprehensive advice and assistance to Secretariat managers and operations personnel in resolution of difficult staffing problems.
You will evaluate and make overall plan recommendations for complex agency projects, developing recruitment strategies, pay-setting strategies, and short and long range staffing plans.
You will execute recruitment, reassignments, and other personnel actions for assigned Secretariat organizations.
You will provide advice to Senior level managers and operations personnel on various stages of the hiring process and coordinate issues and questions with OCHR and management officials.
You will explain regulations, procedures, and determinations to inquiring employees, candidates, and supervisors and prepare or complete necessary documents.
You will serve as a management consultant in designing and planning current and future workforce that is responsive to dynamic changes in mission and/or business practices.
Requirements Conditions of employment
Must be a US Citizen.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience advising hiring managers on recruitment strategies and federal hiring authorities;
Experience assisting management with developing crediting plans to evaluate candidate qualifications; and,
Experience advising managers on federal compensation incentives and programs to attract talent.
