Night Auditor Position

Hilton Mystic is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in Mystic, CT. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk during the overnight shift, while maintaining accurate financial records and delivering exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities

Perform nightly audit of hotel transactions, ensuring accuracy in accounting and reporting
Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes during overnight hours
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Maintain security by monitoring the premises throughout the night
Prepare and submit daily reports to management
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hotel front desk or auditing preferred
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently during overnight hours
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel management software
