Lead DER Interconnection & Policy Engineer

The California Public Utilities Commission is seeking a Utilities Engineer in Sacramento. This hybrid role involves advising high-level decision-makers on utilities policy, coordinating projects related to Distributed Energy Resources, and analyzing technical and regulatory issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in public utilities and be able to communicate complex analysis effectively. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US and reside in California. The position requires travel and a minimum of two days in-office each week.
