Status: Full-time; hourly position

Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm

Job Summary
This position is responsible for effectively managing and accounting supplies for the Raymond plant and quarry. Establishing, adjusting and analyzing demand, usage and lead times of supplies to ensure availability for outgoing jobs, Coldspring operations, and production. Ensuring accurate data is maintained in JDE system to account for all supply transactions. Knowledge and ability to use and maintain inventory using JDE system. Capable of driving forklift and company vehicle to unload, pick up and deliver supplies.

Responsibilities
Responsible for inventory control of all anchors ensuring accuracy
Process anchor orders and use JDE to process for job specific requests
Coordinate with Project Managers, Drafters and Purchasing to ensure supplies for project ship on time
Print anchor tickets as needed
Coordinate with shipping and loading to ensure anchor jobs go out on time
Monitor Job list for last minute changes to ship dates
Use various forklifts and pallets jacks to unload trucks and move inventory
Operate company vehicles to pick up and distribute supply's
Create and manage Excel spreadsheets to track all anchors received that are not inventory
Work with Purchasing and Plant Supervisors to manage polishing bricks, run brick report weekly to keep correct brick on hand
Process issues in JDE daily to fill orders and maintain accurate inventory.
Ensure customer orders are filled and delivered on a daily basis to meet production demand
Process receipts and inspect all incoming orders, make adjustments as needed to ensure inventory balances are correct.
Process paperwork for shipments going to outlying locations on a weekly basis

Qualifications
High school diploma, post-secondary education preferred.
3-5 years of experience in warehousing and inventory management.
Must possess good verbal and written communication skills with a thorough understanding of anchors, the JDE system, and inventory.
Must be able to read anchor drawings, tape measure, and have a strong mechanical background.
Must be detailed oriented.
Must have complete knowledge of safety laws and requirements in a warehouse setting.
Must be proficient in Excel.
Must be able to drive and obtain a forklift license.
It is very helpful to know the AFE, cost and purchasing systems, and be knowledgeable of the TPM and 5S systems.
