Position
REMOTE CALL CENTER CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE
Location Requirements
Must live in Wichita, KS; Omaha, NE; Oklahoma City, OK; Baton Rouge, LA; or surrounding communities within KS, NE, OK, LA.
Compensation
Hourly base pay: $16.59 to $24.86 per hour, with a standard rate of $18.00. Additional pay includes $1.25 per hour for 6pm–10pm and $2.25 per hour for 10:01pm–6am. Shift selection is via a bidding process and schedules may be 8‑hour or 10‑hour, 24x7, 7 days a week, covering weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
Provide real‑time troubleshooting assistance, helping customers with equipment setup, password changes, DVR configuration, and other technical issues.
Resolve issues on the first call to minimize customer frustration and avoid unnecessary call transfers.
Assess customer needs, recommend products and services, adjust billing, and arrange product solutions.
Deliver world‑class service that exceeds customer expectations.
Qualifications – Minimum
High‑school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience.
Residence in permitted geographic areas.
High‑speed internet connection available at home.
Preferred Qualifications
6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, or connectivity issues.
Experience in a role that requires meeting sales goals.
A strong customer‑centric focus and aptitude for helping customers.
1–2 years of customer service experience (not limited to call centers).
Personable, enthusiastic, and adaptable to constant change.
Previous telecommunications experience.
