Position Responsibilities

Establish technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility.

Plan, create, verify, and revise Machine Control Data (MCD), geometry, and documentation that directs operations for a complete spectrum of numerically controlled equipment used to manufacture and inspect parts, tools, and assemblies.

Identify equipment and approaches, coordinate and assign work, and train or mentor others.

Work under minimal direction.

Provide numerical control, machining, and programming technical experience.

Plan and guide the development and integration of new machining techniques, manufacturing methods, processes, software, and equipment.

Basic Qualifications (Required)

1 or more year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Associate level).

1 or more year of numerical control programming experience.

1 or more year of experience with programming using CATIA V5.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired)

5‑axis programming in V5 CATIA.

CATPart creation.

CATProduct creation and assembly functions.

High‑speed machining.

Vericut simulation.

Debugging and troubleshooting.

Tool creation and library management.

Configuration management principles.

3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Mid‑Level).

Shift
This role is primarily first shift, with potential additional shift requirements to support program objectives.

Pay and Benefits

Associate (Level 2): $83,300 – $112,700

Mid‑Level (Level 3): $100,300 – $135,700
