
Supply Chain Coordinator

Overview
This position is a supply chain role that has hands‑on responsibility for analyzing inventory levels and coordinating production schedules. The role plans, prepares, and reports production schedules that are efficient and drive excellent service and maximize productivity. Material planning and inventory control functions are essential responsibility of this role. Collaboration with other members of the supply chain is critical to achieving sales and service objectives.
Responsibilities
Provides system analysis of inventory management including stocking levels, reorder points, variances, slow moving and dead inventory.
Communicates with the team and coordinates material requirements.
Supports the production planning and scheduling processes to ensure the company meets customer delivery requirements and expectations.
Lead daily meeting for capacity review, downtime, and service issues.
Proactively pursues the elimination of shortages that impact or may impact production and shipments.
Participate in the creation of a standard operating procedure that will ensure proper execution of scheduling and capacity planning.
Performs routine tasks such as maintaining logs, cycle counting, creating builds, updating boards, KPI reporting.
Participates in continuous improvement processes for the most efficient practices up to and including systems improvements.
Qualifications
Degree or 1 year experience preferred
Experience with NetSuite preferred
Experience in planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement practices preferred
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Detail‑oriented and solution‑oriented with “out‑of‑the‑box” solutions
Strong verbal, written, and communication skills
