
Senior Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst for a Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
Summary
This role supports CCAR FRY-14Q & FRY-14A Regulatory reporting functional and data requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience identifying data attributes, performing data discovery, and establishing data lineage. This position involves partnering with Finance, Technology, and Chief Data Office teams to strengthen governance frameworks, improve data traceability, and support the remediation of regulatory and control issues.
Responsibilities
Understand CCAR regulatory reporting instructions and data elements
Gather and translate regulatory reporting business requirements into functional requirements
Design regulatory reporting solution architecture system specifications
Document data requirements using report instructions in a Business Requirement Document (BRD)
Work with data providers and system owners to identify source system attributes and perform data gap analysis
Document the mapping of source system attributes with data requirements in a Functional Requirement Document (FRD)Perform data assessments to ensure it meets requirements (fit for purpose analysis)
Execute testing to reconcile data with expected results
Document reporting rules for Axiom using a data dictionary
Perform reconciliation of Axiom outcome with the current production process
Support UAT and production deployment for end-to-end automation
Requirements
10+ years of professional experience within large banking institutions
Proven experience supporting CCAR FRY-14Q & FRY-14A Regulatory functional and data requirements
Experience with data discovery, data lineage, and identifying data attributes
Experience partnering with Finance, Technology, and Chief Data Office teams
Able to work in a Hybrid model
Pay range
up to $64.72 per hour
