What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — targeting Directors of Financial Aid at colleges and universities
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound outreach, conferences, and referrals
Deliver compelling demos and proposals tailored to the needs of financial aid leadership
Develop trusted relationships with prospects and customers that drive long-term retention
Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics in CRM and report regularly to leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless handoffs and exceptional customer experience
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of hitting quota
Experience selling into higher education or public sector is a strong plus
Consultative, relationship-driven approach — you earn trust before you ask for the deal
Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenting to senior decision-makers
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
Compensation: $70,000 base salary + commission — $100,000–$110,000 OTE. Benefits: 401(k) matching, Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, Flexible time off.
