Responsibilities

Own pipeline generation across a defined set of target accounts.

Help shape messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy.

Partner directly with Account Executives to break into new accounts.

Play a critical role in defining what "good" looks like for US go‑to‑market.

Execute outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate pipeline.

Book qualified meetings with HR, operations, and people leaders.

Own account‑based prospecting across key industries and stakeholders.

Test and optimize messaging to improve response and conversion rates.

Partner with AEs to convert meetings into revenue and ensure smooth handoffs.

Contribute insights to refine outbound strategy and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

6–24 months of SDR/BDR outbound sales experience.

Proven ability to generate meetings through outbound prospecting.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High level of ownership and accountability.

Legitimate cold‑calling experience.

Self‑starter comfortable operating in ambiguity; experience in a build phase.
