
Senior Project Manager- Land Site Development in Sarasota

BGE Inc. is seeking an experienced Land/Site Development Sr. Project Manager to join our Sarasota, FL office team.
Responsibilities
Direct responsibility for projects and leading a team in the development of plans and specifications for commercial, mixed-use, multi‑family, residential, and other project types, including paving, grading, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers, and other miscellaneous items
Perform drainage design and ICPR modeling
Permit projects through local and state regulatory agencies
Act as a point of contact for clients
Responsible for project management, reporting, and client invoicing
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
Registered PE in Florida
5–10+ years of related experience
Strong computer skills, including hydrology and hydraulic modeling
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Land/Site development design & project management experience
Local design and permitting experience
Experience working on residential, commercial, mixed‑use, multi‑family projects
Experience working with municipal/govt agencies a plus
