is hiring a BC/BE Physiatrist to serve as Medical Director for our CARF-accredited 39-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. This is an excellent leadership opportunity within a collaborative, high-quality rehab program.
Position Highlights
Fulltime Medical Director
2-year guaranteed salary $307,613
Additional director & supervision compensation
$100,000
recruitment incentive
Up to
$15,000
moving assistance
4 weeks PTO + 6 holidays + 1 week CME
$6,000 CME
allowance

Key Responsibilities
Lead a 39-bed CARF-accredited inpatient rehab unit
Daily rounding with therapists, NPs, PAs, nurses, and hospitalists
Oversee clinical quality & patient outcomes
Work closely with a hospitalist team
Qualifications
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Eligible for Iowa license
State/federal prescriptive authority
H-1B cap-exempt candidate's welcome
