Salary: From $50,000 to $65,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
Website Management: Oversee and optimize the dealership’s websites to ensure they are user-friendly, current, and aligned with brand messaging.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance and digital platforms; use data to guide strategy and measure return on investment.
Agency and Partner Coordination: Serve as the primary contact between advertising agencies, media partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
In-Store Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic, boost sales, and improve the customer experience in-store.
Social Media Strategy: Lead social media efforts by creating engaging content, managing paid campaigns, and interacting with customers across platforms.
Event Management: Plan and coordinate automotive events, such as new model launches and customer appreciation activities both in-store and in the community.
Employee Engagement: Promote internal brand culture through campaigns that align the team with marketing goals and values.
Creative Direction: Collaborate with design and content teams to produce marketing materials including digital, print, and video assets.
Budgeting & Financial Management: Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and monitoring costs against targets.
Additional Duties: Proactively take on other marketing responsibilities as they arise.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Proven marketing experience, preferably with significant time in an advertising agency environment.
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders, agency partners, and internal teams.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing campaigns.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop strategies aligned with business objectives.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
Genuine interest in the automotive industry and understanding of its marketing challenges.
Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets to maximize return on investment.
