Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Strategic Account Manager with a mechanical engineering background or experience in skilled trades.
The ideal candidate:
Understands applications of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Has solid computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
Is committed to continuous learning in a fast-paced environment
Enjoys interacting with team members and clients

A day in the life:
Support sales and operations for Service Project and Service Agreement opportunities
Perform estimating for commercial mechanical service projects (equipment replacements, retrofits, installations)
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify customer needs and align services to meet those objectives
Analyze and recommend modifications to service agreements during renewal processes
You should have:
Mechanical Engineering degree or 2+ years of mechanical experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)
Strong listening, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and general internet use
Client management skills with the ability to manage relationships, expectations, and perceptions
Veterans and those with prior military experience are encouraged to apply.
