Business Development Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
5+ years of B2B janitorial sales experience with at least 2 years in a sales management or team leadership role
Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets in service-based industries (cleaning, facilities, hospitality, staffing, or logistics)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach Sales Managers across multiple markets
Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be comfortable with frequent regional travel
Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting walkthroughs, closing deals, managing team performance, and supporting client relationships
Business Development Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot
Previous exposure to startup or high-growth environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and lead change successfully
