Business Development Manager – Janitorial & Facility Services
Location: Atlanta, GA

Compensation: $95,000–$105,000 base + uncapped commission (typical total earnings $135K–$180K+)

Our growing facilities services company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in the Atlanta market. This role focuses on developing relationships and securing commercial janitorial and facility service contracts with property managers, commercial buildings, and multi-site portfolios.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience in B2B contract sales who thrives in a results-driven environment and wants to grow with an expanding company.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Atlanta market

Build relationships with property managers, asset managers, and commercial property owners

Present janitorial and facility service solutions tailored to client needs

Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution

Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clientsi>

Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve growth targets

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B sales experience (facility services, janitorial, property services, or similar industries preferred)

Proven ability to generate and close commercial service contracts

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Experience working with property managers or commercial real estate firms is a plus

Self-motivated with strong organizational and pipeline management skills
