Job Description
An Insight Global client in the Houston area is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team in a hybrid model in the Westchase area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing an annual $7M media budget, partnering closely with external agencies and internal brand stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone early in their management career, or a strong senior contributor ready to step up, who is comfortable owning day‑to‑day execution, performance tracking, and agency collaboration within a lean team environment. This is a hands‑on role with high visibility and client‑facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, confident pushing back on agency recommendations when needed, and comfortable operating in a “good enough to move fast” environment. The ideal candidate will be paid anywhere from $30/hr - $38/hr based on years of experience.

1+ year of experience as a Marketing Manager
Experience managing a budget of $7 million
Experience overseeing KPIs and adjusting goals and metrics on an as needed basis
Strong presentation and communication skills; Ecommerce experience
Strong cross collaboration experience
