Our client, a womenswear clothing brand, is seeking a Head of Digital Growth Marketing to lead performance-driven customer acquisition and retention across all digital channels. This role will own the brand’s growth strategy end-to-end, with a focus on scaling revenue, optimizing spend, and building a high-performing digital ecosystem.


This is a senior leadership role with direct impact on revenue and brand growth.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to build, test, and scale in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation is competitive and reflective of experience.


Responsibilities

  • Own and lead all digital growth channels, including paid social, search, affiliate, and emerging platforms
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention strategy, with clear ownership of CAC, LTV, and ROAS
  • Oversee paid media strategy and execution, managing budgets and agency or in-house teams
  • Partner closely with creative to develop high-performing ad concepts and iterate quickly
  • Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing across email and SMS
  • Analyze performance data and continuously optimize campaigns and funnel conversion
  • Identify new growth opportunities across channels, partnerships, and platforms


Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles, ideally within fashion, beauty, or consumer brands
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue through paid and owned channels
  • Deep understanding of Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with fluency in performance metrics and attribution
  • Experience managing budgets and leading teams or external partners
  • Ability to balance data-driven decision making with strong creative instincts
