Responsibilities
- Serves as a main point of contact in all customer concerns and needs matters.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to customers.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Communicating with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that customer requests are fulfilled.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts
- Ability to generate new leads and contacts through business-to-business cold calling.
- Meet sales goals and objectives set by the Sales Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in the electronics industry preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a proven aptitude for sales.
- Motivation to build client relationships and grow sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while managing individual goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
- High energy and drive, with strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience.
