Location:Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area, FL, US and Coral Springs FL Title:Hematologist/Oncologist Full Job DescriptionRole Description:This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board-Certified Hematologist/Oncologist located in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area, FL. The physician will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of hematologic disorders and cancers, including anemia, clotting disorders, leukemia, lymphoma, and solid tumors.Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, interpreting lab and imaging results, prescribing chemotherapy and other cancer treatments, developing personalized treatment plans, and staying current with advancements in oncology and hematology through ongoing research and continuing education. The physician will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to : Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PMCall Schedule: One in four weekends, phone coverage onlySetting: Outpatient-focused, with minimal hospital involvement Qualifications:Board Certification in Hematology and OncologyMedical degree (MD or DO) and valid, unrestricted Florida medical licenseClinical expertise in managing both solid tumors and blood disordersKnowledge of current protocols in chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapiesStrong diagnostic, critical thinking, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care teamResearch experience in oncology or hematology is a plus Benefits:401(k) Retirement PlanComprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance20 Days of Paid Time Off (PTO)5 CME Days with a $2,500 CME AllowancePaid Time Off for 6 Major HolidaysFull Malpractice Insurance Coverage
