Position Overview The Gastroenterologist will diagnose and treat a wide range of digestive system disorders, perform endoscopic procedures, and provide specialized care for patients with gastrointestinal conditions. Key Responsibilities ✨ Diagnose and treat gastrointestinal diseases and disorders✨ Perform endoscopic procedures including colonoscopy and upper endoscopy✨ Manage conditions such as GERD, IBS, liver disease, and pancreatitis✨ Provide inpatient consultations and outpatient clinic care✨ Develop personalized treatment and management plans✨ Collaborate with surgical teams and multidisciplinary specialists✨ Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records Clinical Focus The physician will treat a variety of digestive system conditions, including: ✔ Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD)✔ Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)✔ Liver and biliary disorders✔ Pancreatic diseases✔ Inflammatory and functional gastrointestinal conditions Qualifications
MD or DO Degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology Ohio Medical License or eligibility to obtain one Strong commitment to patient-centered gastrointestinal care Practice Environment You will be part of a comprehensive healthcare system serving a large regional population, with access to advanced medical technology and multidisciplinary specialty support.
