Dermatologist - Up to $700K (First Year Average $450K - $550K) plus productivity bonusHuntsville, ALWe are seeking a Dermatologist to join our growing healthcare team. The position will involve general dermatology or Mohs surgery, depending on preference and location, focusing on all skin health needs. You will be responsible for providing patient care, including but not limited to general dermatological procedures, and for Mohs surgeons, performing cases and closures.Dermatologist ResponsibilitiesOffering skin
patient skin conditions by screening for disease.Utilizing patient medical history as part of skin assessments.Prescribing medication for the treatment of skin conditions.Performing surgical procedures on the skin (Mohs cases and general dermatology procedures).Talking to patients about the status of their skin health.Patient volume will vary between 20-60 patients per day for general dermatology and 12-25 patients per day for Mohs surgery.Dermatologist Schedule, Compensation & BenefitsYear 1: Guarantee with % of collections; Average first year income: $450K to $550K, up to $700K.Schedule: 4-5 days per week.Vacation: 20 paid days - year 1.CME: $5,000.Licensing fees covered.401K/403B with company , Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-term & Long-term disability.Malpractice insurance covered with Tail coverage (extended occurrence based policy).Opportunities for working Saturdays for Mohs surgeons.Flexible split of days between general dermatology and Mohs based on preference.Dermatologist RequirementsBoard Certified (BC) in
years of experience considered, including new
