Family Medicine Physician & Core Faculty Syracuse, New York Projected Salary: $250,000 + Loan Repayment + Faculty Incentives She Recruits is partnering with a respected, mission-driven health system in Syracuse, NY to identify a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician who is passionate about both patient care and shaping the next generation of physicians. This is a 60% clinical / 40% academic Core Faculty role within an established residency program, offering stability, support, and a predictable weekday schedule. Clinical & Academic Responsibilities Clinical (60%) Provide comprehensive primary care within a family medicine model Deliver preventative, chronic, and acute care Collaborate with NPs, PAs, and midwives Participate in call rotation (shared, structured model) Academic / Core Faculty (40%) Teach and mentor Family Medicine residents Lead clinical teaching sessions and precept in continuity clinic Support resident competency development Participate in curriculum development and program committees Foster a culture of professionalism, compassion, and lifelong learning You’ll play a direct role in preparing residents to become confident, practice-ready physicians.
