Drive Results with Purpose - Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales goals while contributing to overall store performance.
Build Lasting Relationships - Develop and nurture a strong client portfolio through thoughtful follow-up, personalized outreach, and strategic use of clienteling tools.
Act as a Brand Ambassador - Embody FENDI’s aesthetic and values through your presence, styling, and storytelling—bringing the Maison to life for every client.
Master the Product & the Maison - Continuously deepen your knowledge of collections, craftsmanship, and brand heritage, while staying informed on the competitive landscape.
Deliver Seamless Service - Support clients with special requests including bespoke orders, repairs, and after-sales care with precision and care.
Support the Boutique Environment - Maintain impeccable visual and operational standards in partnership with management and Visual Merchandising.
Collaborate & Inspire - Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and contribute to the onboarding and development of new team members.
Ensure Operational Excellence - Utilize POS and digital tools with accuracy; support stock management, opening/closing procedures, and adherence to company policies.
