Social Media Manager

Role Description
This is a part-time, primarily remote role for a Social Media Manager / Content Creator based in Mobile, AL (preferred but not required).

This role is focused on creating content that generates real business results — including inbound leads, conversations, and brand growth.

Responsibilities

Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, snap chat, YouTube, and Reddit)

Repurpose 1 video into multiple pieces of content weekly

Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls-to-action

Manage and post content consistently across platforms

Track performance and optimize content based on results

This is not just a posting role — we are looking for someone who understands how to turn content into business.

Qualifications

Proven experience creating and managing social media content

Strong short-form video editing skills

Understanding of content that drives engagement AND leads

Organized, consistent, and able to meet deadlines

Preferred

Experience in real estate, mortgage, or personal branding

Familiarity with lead generation strategies through social media

Additional Expertise

Expertise in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Tik Tok, Snap Chat, and Reddit.

Proficiency in Content Strategy and the ability to create compelling and aligned content for various audiences

Excellent Communication and Writing skills
