Responsibilities for a Program Manager include but are not limited to:

Create, manage, and deliver client-facing servicing communications across offline and online channels (monthly statements, direct mail, email, and digital)

Partner with multiple lines of business to determine communication strategies and ensure alignment with Client Care standards, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements

Write, edit, and optimize servicing communications while navigating legal, risk, and compliance approval processes

Manage complex communication programs, eliminate redundant messaging, negotiate content changes, and ensure on‑time, error‑free execution with channel partners

Candidates for Program Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

2+ years of financial institution experience required

Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing or servicing communications roles

Strong experience writing business communications for internal and external audiences

Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Copilot

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously

Highly detail‑oriented self‑starter with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

Ability to identify, elevate, and resolve issues with urgency

Desired Skills:

Ability to influence business partners across lines of business

Process improvement mindset

Pay Details: $46.78 per hour
