Role
First Marketing Hire at a Fast Growing Health Tech Start‑Up.

Expectations

Execute day‑to‑day marketing activities across channels including content, digital, and campaigns

Support the development of messaging and brand materials to ensure consistency across all touchpoints

Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to help drive lead generation and engagement

Assist in launching and managing campaigns, tracking performance and making improvements where needed

Create and coordinate content such as social posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials

Help organise and support events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support ongoing marketing efforts

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology environments

Hands‑on experience supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple tasks

Basic understanding of marketing metrics and willingness to learn data‑driven approaches

Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and get involved where needed

Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams

Nice to have

Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences industries

Background in scaling marketing functions at early‑stage or venture‑backed startups

Familiarity with AI‑driven products, SaaS marketing, or content platforms

Understanding of regulated industry environments and workflows (e.g., compliance, review processes)
