The person chosen for this position will integrate faith and learning in the classroom while contributing to a collaborative, Christ-centered academic community committed to the mission to “educate students to become servants of Christ to make a difference in today’s world.”

The role emphasizes excellence in teaching and provides opportunities for scholarship and service, with particular attention to meaningful student engagement in small class settings where faculty can know students well and invest in their intellectual and spiritual formation. This position provides the opportunity to shape course design, influence program direction, and participate in substantive curricular conversations that directly affect student learning and outcomes. Faculty will engage in departmental, college, and community initiatives as appropriate and will play a meaningful role in guiding students’ academic paths and vocational direction.
