We're looking for a hands-on

Creative Content Producer

who thinks like a creator and executes like a designer.

This is a

content-first, execution-driven role

with a strong emphasis on

short-form video and social storytelling , with the ability to design supporting assets across eCommerce and other digital channels.

Working closely with marketing and eCommerce, you will concept, design, and produce engaging visual content that supports product launches and drives performance across social and digital platforms. This role is focused on executing and

bringing campaigns to life , with opportunities to contribute creative ideas and content direction.

If you enjoy creating content that performs, experimenting with formats, and seeing your work show up across channels quickly, this is a strong fit.

What you will be doing:

Create Content That Performs
Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
Produce 5-7 social posts per week (video, graphics, captions), adjusting based on campaign needs and priorities
Develop both planned and trend-driven content with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling
Capture in-house photo/video content showcasing products, tutorials, and creative use cases
Repurpose content across social, eCommerce, email, and web-adapting for each platform
Deliver polished, platform-optimized assets with a consistent publishing cadence
Be comfortable on camera or directing simple shoots as needed
Collaborate & Manage Content

Partner with marketing, eCommerce, and design teams to execute campaigns
Maintain an organized, reusable digital content library
Ensure brand consistency while adapting creative for different formats and audiences
You'll collaborate with:

eCommerce Manager (campaign calendar & priorities)
VP of Marketing & Product Design (brand direction)
Senior Graphic Designer (design support when needed)
Senior Content Artist (source material and educational content)
What you need:

1-3 years of experience creating content for social media, eCommerce, or digital platforms
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and at least one video editing tool (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
Strong understanding of social platforms and what drives engagement (hooks, pacing, storytelling)
Experience editing and repurposing UGC and influencer content
Ability to create platform-native content and adapt assets across channels
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Comfortable working from creative direction and executing efficiently
What will make you stand out:

Advanced video editing or motion graphics skills (After Effects or similar)
Passion for crafting, art, DIY, or creative communities
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify or Amazon
Experience creating content for paid social campaigns
Basic copywriting or scripting skills for video content
Comfortable occasionally appearing on camera or directing simple shoots

The candidate will be required to work onsite in Lexington, KY. This is NOT a remote position.
