Jr. Graphic Designer
Cotton Holdings Inc. is actively recruiting for a Jr Graphic Designer with 1-3 years of professional experience working for a large in-house or agency creative department with a strong portfolio containing a mix of digital and print work. The Graphic Designer will work cross-functionally with all of Cotton Holdings subsidiaries and collaborate with the in-house Marketing department.
Key Responsibilities
Produce assets for web, email marketing, social media, and digital platforms
Design a wide variety of printed marketing materials, such as - flyers, brochures, booklets, conference / event materials (including banners, invitations, press boxes, and signage), and more.
Assist with designing and producing environmental and special assets, such as - event exhibits, stage designs, office remodels, large-scale signage, and more.
Own projects from kickoff through completion, presenting work to the EVP of Marketing, and Executives; incorporate feedback into thoughtful final assets
Work with various vendors and see through production and final delivery
The ability to remain focused and calm in the face of tight and changing timelines, while managing multiple projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends
Develop and maintain the integrity of Cotton brands, including logos, brand guidelines and business collateral
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Education:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent education and experience
Experience:
Have 1-3 years of graphic design experience in advertising agency or In-house marketing department with B2B marketing experience
Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), while having a keen understanding of graphic/web design principles.
Premier Pro and After Effects, focusing on motion graphics skills, a plus!
Strong conceptual thinker with a digital and print background
Passionate about branding, storytelling, and producing engaging content and campaigns
Experience concepting and designing for video content (a plus!)
