SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The Part-Time Marketing Assistant will support the development and execution of Virginia ENT's digital marketing strategy, with a primary focus on social media growth, content creation, and brand visibility. This role will help modernize the practice's online presence and increase patient engagement through consistent, high-quality content.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain a weekly social media content calendar.
Create and publish content across Instagram (primary) and TikTok (secondary).
Produce short-form video content (Reels/TikTok) in collaboration with Physicians and staff.
Manage day-to-day engagement (comments, messages, interactions).
Track and analyze performance metrics using platform analytics tools.
Provide weekly performance reports and optimization recommendations.
Ensure all content is HIPAA-compliant and aligned with brand standards.
Work with Office Managers to review and address Google reviews in a timely, professional, HIPAA-compliant manner.
Partner with Operations and Front Desk/Clinical staff to encourage review generation.
Track and report on review trends and patient feedback themes.

QUALIFICATIONS
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, media studies, and/or healthcare administration.
Strong, motivated self-starter who can work collaboratively with a team but also independently.
ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS
Combination of medical and aesthetics office, and exam/procedure room settings.
Well-lighted, well-ventilated, adequate space.
Exposure to communicable diseases and/or other conditions common to clinic setting.
