Sales Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in daily operations, including managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and maintaining CRM systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
- Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Assist with qualifying inbound leads and converting them into sales opportunities
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell services across multiple divisions
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., dispatch, accounting, division leaders) to ensure the timely delivery of services.
- Monitor sales trends and generate regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain and organize customer databases and sales records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and product demos.
- Continuously educate yourself on service offerings, industry trends and client needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
Sales Coordinator Education & Desire Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, experience with Pipedrive a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in skilled trades or service industry, preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
- Basic data analysis skills.
Salary: $50,000-$60,000
Location: Grand Rapids, MI (onsite)
