Position Summary
This position will be responsible for the company’s social media marketing planning and execution, as well as website management and associated data analytics. This includes planning, strategy, and execution of social posting and data reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing Technology & Systems
Own and manage the marketing technology stack (website CMS, analytics platforms, social scheduling tools, CRM integrations, email platforms, etc.).
Partner with internal and external teams to implement, optimize, and maintain marketing tools and platforms.
Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve efficiency across marketing operations.
Website Strategy & Management
Serve as the primary owner of the company website(s), ensuring content is current, on‑brand, and optimized for performance.
Manage website updates, page creation, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards.
Use web analytics to track performance and recommend improvements.
Social Media Strategy & Management
Develop and execute an integrated social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) aligned with business goals.
Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement.
Partner with internal teams to amplify projects, people, culture, and thought leadership.
Create, schedule, and publish content that highlights our projects, people, culture, and community involvement.
Monitor comments, messages, and engagement with users and client accounts.
Stay up to date on social trends, platform updates, and content ideas.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
Track and report on website, social, and digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, platform insights, and dashboards.
Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
Establish KPIs and benchmarks to measure success and guide decision‑making.
AI & Emerging Technology
Explore and implement responsible AI tools to enhance content creation, analytics, personalization, and workflow efficiency.
Stay informed on emerging marketing technologies and assess how they can support business and communication goals.
Help educate and guide the marketing team on best practices for using AI effectively and ethically.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or a similar role.
Strong experience with website management (CMS platforms), social media platforms, and analytics tools.
Strong writing skills and an eye for visual content.
Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends. Basic experience with analytics tools (or willingness to learn).
Organized, detail‑oriented, and excited to grow.
Experience experimenting with or implementing AI tools in a marketing context.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into plain language.
Demonstrated computer proficiency (MS Office 365 – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals.
Ability to maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Ability to possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and others.

Valid Driver’s License and ability to maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
Travel 10%.

Salary Range
$65,000 to $80,000 annually, plus discretionary incentive program.
