As an Art Director at CBRE, you will manage the creative team responsible for developing, designing, and producing materials to meet marketing objectives with an intent focus on delivering superior, strategic, and comprehensive graphic design. This role falls within a Graphic Design job function. The ideal candidate will be adept at producing captivating visuals that can effectively communicate our brand voice and visual identity. The Art Director will work closely with marketing teams, clients, and brokerage stakeholders, understanding their needs, and translating them into compelling product.

Bachelor's degree preferably in visual communications, marketing graphic design or similar field with 5-8 years of relevant, professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
Expert level experience with Adobe Creative Suite including but not limited to InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Publish.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve complex problems.
Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgement and precedents.
