Key Responsibilities

Analyze, design, develop, test, debug, document, and maintain web applications supporting patient, provider, and manufacturer engagement workflows, including access, intake, communications, and operational experiences.

Build responsive, accessible, and user‑friendly interfaces across both external‑facing and internal platforms.

Integrate front‑end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services supporting specialty pharmacy and manufacturer programs.

Investigate application engineering tasks and prepare design specifications, technical analysis, and implementation recommendations.

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners including product managers, architects, UI/UX designers, and pharmacy operations teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Participate fully in agile development practices including sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives, and code reviews.

Perform thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure application performance, security, reliability, and compliance.

Contribute to system improvements and platform modernization efforts, including automation, AI‑assisted workflows, and intelligent engagement capabilities.

Ensure system enhancements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Follow established SDLC, engineering standards, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Support mission‑critical production applications, including participation in on‑call or production support rotations as required.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards, tools, and engineering practices.

Minimum Requirements
Minium 4+ years of professional experience in web application development.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

4+ years of professional experience in web application development.

Proficiency in

JavaScript and/or TypeScript ,

React ,

Node.js , and

.NET .

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and cross‑browser compatibility.

Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs.

Experience working with relational databases and data platforms, including

Azure SQL ,

Snowflake , stored procedures, views, and scripts.

Familiarity with Git‑based version control systems.

Proven ability to resolve a diverse range of complex technical problems using sound judgment within defined policies and practices.

Ability to work independently under limited direction; work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives are met.

Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team‑based, enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing or supporting applications in cloud environments (Azure preferred).

Exposure to container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes / AKS).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Familiarity with authentication and authorization patterns (OAuth, token‑based security).

Experience working in regulated, healthcare, or large enterprise environments.

Interest in or exposure to AI‑assisted development, automation, or intelligent document processing.

Our Base Pay Range for this position
$95,100 - $158,500
