Motion Designer

Sketal — a venture builder that creates international IT product companies according to the rules of the world of venture investments. Together with co-founders, we are assembling strong teams to launch IT product businesses and win in global markets.
We are currently expanding our marketing team and are looking for a Motion Designer. You will have the opportunity to work with an experienced team, share expertise, and grow quickly. This opportunity speaks for itself.
Key responsibilities:
Ideation: generation of the visual component of the creative based on the technical tasks of the marketing team;
Production: development of video creatives for product promotion in advertising networks (Facebook, Tik-Tok, YouTube);
Cooperation: close collaboration with the marketing department and discussion of ideas to improve existing creatives;
Experiments: testing new tools, effects, plugins, creating project templates for more efficient work;
Creative research: analysis of competitors' advertising materials and social networks to track global trends in design;
Analytics: analysis of creatives and building hypotheses based on their results.
Our expectations from candidates:
Commercial experience — up to 1 year;
Practical knowledge of After Effects (2 years), Photoshop (2 years), Illustrator (1 year), Figma (1 year), plus it would be a plus to know Blender and Cinema 4D;
Practical experience in video editing, plus it would be a plus to know Premiere Pro;
Practical knowledge of AI (Midjourney, Elevenlabs, RunWay, Remini, HeyGen, Sora, PixVerse) and similar;
Practical application of plugins (Motion Bro, Trapcode Suite, Animation Composer) and similar;
Knowledge of basic design principles, composition, and coloristics;
High level of creativity and the ability to generate ideas that meet user needs and business requirements;
Good communication skills, the ability to quickly establish contact with colleagues inside and outside the project;
Proper assessment of the time and resources needed to complete tasks, skills in independent time management.
