Marketing Motion Designer

Reface is looking for a clever, ambitious, and systematic Motion Designer.
Experience is not the main thing. What is more important is the desire to create advertising creatives for AI products and basic video editing skills.

About You:
You can edit and work in After Effect
You are ready to do a lot and quickly
You can create even without a detailed brief
You take responsibility for tasks
You can organize your own work without constant supervision
It would be a plus, but it may not be one:
Experience working with AI tools: Midjorney, RunWay ML, HeyGen, etc.
Experience creating performance creatives
Basic understanding of animation and principles of motion design
You will:
Create video creatives for our app advertisements on social media
Create videos for placement in the App Store and Google Play Store
Communicate with the User Acquisition team and Motion Designer-s regarding marketing metrics and look for ways to improve them
Participate in generating and developing ideas for marketing tasks
